Transparency & Trust
At NoRa EV, we believe in complete transparency. Our policies are designed to protect your investment and ensure a seamless transition to electric mobility.
Vehicle Warranty
5-year battery replacement warranty, 2-year motor warranty, 1-year range extender warranty, and 2-year whole-vehicle warranty.
Return / Exchange Policy
Vehicle bookings may be cancelled before invoicing through a formal written request accompanied by the original Provisional Booking Order.
Booking / Reservation Policy
A booking deposit of up to 20% of the tentative ex-factory price is required. Bookings are non-transferable.
Payment Policy
Payments are accepted through Pay Order, Demand Draft or direct online bank transfer in favour of “NORA EV Private Limited.
Delivery Policy
Standard delivery is within 60 calendar days of booking confirmation and clearance of the deposit, subject to timely balance payment.
Maintenance / After-Sales
Customers must inspect the vehicle at delivery and sign the Delivery Acceptance Form. Post-delivery warranty and after-sales claimsare handled according to the official Warranty Certificate.
