Official warranty coverage (such as the 5-Year Battery Warranty and 1-Year / 40,000 km Vehicle Warranty, whichever comes first) is governed exclusively by the official written warranty booklet provided upon vehicle delivery.

Warranty applicability requires adherence to scheduled maintenance intervals conducted by authorized NoRa EV technicians and service centers.
